Rental Duration
- 2-Day Minimum Rental: All rentals have a mandatory minimum rental period of two days. This policy applies to all items and cannot be waived.
Cancellations and Changes
- No Cancellations: Once your reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure your booking details are accurate before completing your reservation.
- No Refunds for Unused Time: We do not issue refunds for early returns or unused rental periods.
Returns
- Return Deadline: All rental items must be returned by 12 midnight on the agreed-upon return date. Items returned late will incur an additional day’s rental fee per item.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were rented. Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.
Refunds
- Deposit Refund: The $50 refundable deposit will be returned within [X] business days of the return date, provided all items are returned on time, in good condition, and without any damage.
- No Refunds for Cancellations: Payments made for rentals are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellations or changes to rental dates.
Damages or Missing Items
Customers are responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Charges will be deducted from the deposit, and additional fees may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.
