      • We thoroughly inspect and clean all rental equipment before delivery or pick-up to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. Please inspect the items upon receipt to confirm they are in satisfactory condition.

    • Damage or Loss

      • Any damage to or loss of equipment during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer. Charges for repair or replacement will be assessed accordingly.

    • Cancellation Policy

      • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. Please carefully review your needs and order details before finalizing your booking.

    • Changes to Orders

      • Modifications to your rental order (e.g., adding additional items) may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your rental start date for assistance.
